Five years. It's more than just a number. It represents our journey of growth, innovation, and excellence in the Web3 venture studio space. We started in 2018 as a research group at Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST). Then, we officially launched as a company in 2021. Today, we stand as one of Hanoi's leading blockchain and Web3 innovation hubs. To celebrate this milestone, A-Star Group created something special. We launched the A-Star Golden Bell Challenge to kick off our 5th anniversary celebration. Talents from Tech, Marketing, Design, and Business Operations join in the mission to test our knowledge, strengthen our bonds, and crown the ultimate A-Star champion. The atmosphere was electric. Energy filled the room from the first moment. You could feel the competitive spirit mixed with friendship. This is the tech company culture that makes A-Star special. We're more than a workplace. We're a community of builders, thinkers, and innovators.
Round 1: "The Heat of Knowledge", Testing the A-Star DNA
Firstly, the Golden Bell Challenge kicked off with what we call "The Heat of Knowledge", a rapid-fire opening round designed to separate the casual participants from the true A-Star pros. This round covered many different topics. It showed the wide range of skills at our Web3 venture studio. Questions tested technical knowledge, design skills, company culture, and industry know-how. Each question reflected what we do daily at A-Star. These weren't random questions. They reflected A-Star Group's focus on detail and high standards. Each question showed the values that make us one of the best tech companies in Hanoi. From brand guidelines to security practices, everything matters here.

Next, as the Golden Bell Challenge continued, questions got harder. The easy warm-ups ended. Now, challenging questions tested deep knowledge and real expertise. Even experienced professionals had to think carefully. The later rounds showed why A-Star Group stands out. Questions covered complex topics like distributed systems, blockchain history, company milestones, and technical design. These weren't simple tests.
